FARMFORCE - Warranty 2009 (Temporary draught June 2009)

The warranty on machines purchased from our Brisbane factory now carry a 3 year warranty.
The conditions of this warranty are as follows:

FARMFORCE guarantees that the new machine you purchased will be free from faulty parts or inferior workmanship causing the failure of the machine to perform the functions as intended.

FARMFORCE 3 year parts warranty, covers all parts as supplied with the machine for a period of that time.
Workmanship covers all components fabricated by FARMFORCE or contractors of FARMFORCE for the period as specified.

The use of a FARMFORCE post driver is limited to the function as intended, to drive a post through the force of impact into the ground at a vertical or semi vertical position.
The machine is not intended for any other purpose.
The FARMFORCE post driver has not been designed for lifting or pullng posts or any other itiem.
Damage to the machine through carless operation which includes transportation within the immediate vicinity or other locations.
PTO Winch and Cable Machines
The tractor the machine is to be fitted or is fitted by us is the only tractor to which this full warranty is relevant.
While fitting the machine to other tractors is quite feasible the correct length setting of the PTO (Power Take Off) shaft is essential to prevent damage to the post drivers drive mechanism.
FARMFORCE warranty will not cover damage incured when the post driver is fitted to another tractor.
It is the responsibily of the owner/operator to ensure the correct procedures are followed when fitting to other tractors. (Fitting instructions supplied with the purchase of a new machine and available from this site; see Operating Instructions) FARMFORCE warranty will be voided if incorrect fitting techniques have not been applied.
Machines that are sold before the warranty period expires must enter into an agreement either verbal or other with FARMFORCE to continue with warranty. Sales of used machines without prior communications will void any warranty currently attached to that machine.
